Our Mission

We create technology that empowers, not distracts—helping individuals achieve deep focus, productivity, and a more fulfilling digital life.

Why

We built Deepflow because we believe the relationship between people and technology is fundamentally broken. While modern technology promises productivity, connection, and growth, it often does the opposite—leaving us distracted, unfulfilled, and disconnected from our true potential.

For me, this isn’t just a problem to solve—it’s personal. Growing up, I struggled with internet and video game addiction. I lacked motivation and discipline to do hard things, constantly pulled into digital distractions designed to hijack my attention. It took years of trial, error, and deliberate effort to break free. I immersed myself in productivity research, experimented with every focus tool available, and built a system that helped me climb quickly in my career—eventually reaching a modest level of success (being in the top 1% of earners in the UK by salary). But despite all this, I remained deeply frustrated by how ineffective most solutions were.

The reality is that our attention has become one of the most valuable commodities in the world—companies profit by keeping us hooked, making it harder to focus, build meaningful relationships, and do deep, fulfilling work. I’ve seen firsthand how technology can either empower or enslave us, and I refuse to accept the status quo.

Deepflow is my commitment to building something better. A tool that doesn’t just block distractions but helps people reclaim their focus, do hard and meaningful work, and live more intentionally—both online and offline. We deserve technology that truly serves us, not the other way around.
